Right of withdrawal and open purchase
The return deadline starts from the day you receive the goods from us. In the event of a return (not a complaint), the customer is responsible for the return cost and any administration fee. The products must be unused, unopened and in original packaging. If the condition of the products has deteriorated or been used, no refund will be made.
If the product you want to return is included in a kit, you need to return the entire kit. It is therefore not possible to return parts of a kit. Contact our customer service for questions.
It is always the customer's responsibility to check the product upon delivery. In the event of damage, faulty products or missing goods, the customer must contact us within a reasonable time at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the product and a comment regarding the problem. Customer service then processes the customer's complaints. In the event of an approved return, customer service helps to arrange a digital return slip that the customer can print out at home. In the event of an approved complaint, Skinroller will refund the amount for the product / order concerned within 30 days. Skinroller reserves the right to charge the customer the extra costs incurred in the event of an incomplete return or to alternatively not accept the return. If the customer does not request an unknown return within 30 days, our stock management will make the product unusable or, if possible, resell it.

We take no responsibility for hypersensitivity to ingredients in a product or sample. The products should always be tested on a small area of skin. If you are unsure of what the product or sample contains, contact us before use / ordering.
