1.1 Skinroller is the data controller for the processing of the personal data that our customers provide to us according to GDPR. This data will be processed in order to maintain a good customer relationship via catalogues, DM, SMS, Mail and for other marketing purposes.
You can contact us at any time to request correction or deletion of your data.
2. Delivery Policy
2.1 Skinroller.co are offering Free Delivery on all orders over 39 € placed on this site.
2.1 Our policy is to try to despatch all orders within 3 business days and delivery time is normally 2-5 business days within Europe. However this shall be considered as indicative timeframe as there might be subject to delays with the courier.
2.2 We use Royal Mail or UK Mail as courier for all UK orders.
2.3 For international deliveries we work with different shipment companies and ship from our closest warehouse to you to make sure best and quickest delivery time. There is no guarantee of delivery time for international delivers.
2.4 We deliver to the countries listed on the Website.
2.5 If you order goods from the Website for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations (outside United Kingdom), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
2.6 We will deliver all Products comprised in your order in one delivery. We will deliver directly to the delivery address specified in your order. Please see delivery information for details of where we deliver and the available delivery options. We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses. Deliveries will be made to your door. We are not responsible for any additional carrying or positioning of products ordered.
3. Price Policy
3.1 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
4. Payment Policy
4.1 Skinroller.co you can pay with Credit/ Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and Visa Electron). All payments are securely processed through Klarna Payments.
Our card payments are handled by Klarna payment services and they are licensed for 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) and certified according to PCI DSS. They comply with the banks' requirements for confidentiality and security certifications.
Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer payment options where payment is made directly to Klarna:
Pay within 14 days: Payment time is 14 days from the shipment of the goods. The terms for paying within 14 days can be found here.
Account: Klarna Account is an account credit made by Klarna and which allows the borrower to pay their purchases in installments monthly with at least 1/24 (minimum SEK 50) of the total utilized credit amount or in need with the conditions approved at checkout.

4.2 We accept payments in following currencies; EUR
4.3 We cannot complete your order until you have paid for it in full. Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards, by completing the relevant details on the “Order Summary” page.
4.4 All credit/debit card holders may be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
4.5 Skinroller.co not store any Credit/ Debit card details.
5. Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy
5.1 Once an order has been processed we are unable to cancel it (or any part of it). We cannot stop an order once you have “Checked Out”.
5.2 Where you decide to cancel an order after we have dispatched the Products, you will be under a duty to return them to us, at your own risk. All such Products should be returned within 14 days after the Products have been delivered to you. Until such time as they are returned, you must retain possession of the Products and take reasonable care of them. You should return the Products to us unused (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine them), and in the same condition in which you received them together with the original Product packaging, by one of the means set out in our returns procedure.
5.4 After you cancel your order and return the Products, any sum debited by us to your credit/debit card will be refunded in full. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Refunds for Products purchased as gifts can only be given to the credit/debit card of the person who placed the order. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of you cancelling your order.
5.5 If any Product you purchase is damaged, faulty or incorrect, when delivered to you we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a Product is faulty, you should return the Product to us in accordance with the returns procedure. You have to inform and contact us within 7 days from the day the delivered order. 5.6 Our policy on cancellations, returns and refunds does not affect your statutory legal rights.
6. Money Back Guarantee Policy
6.1 With thousands of customers every week, our goal is to keep them all satisfied. If you, against all odds, would be un happy with any of our products that has been ordered from Skinroller.co, we offer to give you the money back. However we recommend you to use Skinroller Pro or new skin care products for at least 6-12 weeks to accomplish a good result. If you are not happy with any of our products please email us with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
