I've tried my way through the skincare jungle, but now I'm hooked! This in combination with Radiant vitamin C + E vitamin.. The skin felt firmer after just a couple of days, my skin tone has evened out and my red spots have faded. And what hydration! About half of the day and night cream is used now. I've only rolled my face once so far, it will be interesting to see the difference in 11 weeks.

INTENSE Retinol 0.5% + Vitamin E is an effective serum targeting wrinkles, fine lines, uneven skin tone, and enlarged pores. The formula boosts cell renewal, allowing fresh, new skin to emerge. Enriched with Retinyl Palmitate (0.5%), Tocopherol (Vitamin E), licorice root, and flower extracts (chamomile, rosemary, and green tea) that heal and balance sensitive skin. The serum also prevents clogged pores and helps brighten pigmentation and scars. Vegan and fragrance-free.
How to Use
Apply 2-3 drops to a clean face in the evening.
Gently pat the serum until absorbed.
Avoid the eye area.
Not recommended for pregnant women.
Always use sunscreen during the day.

What does it do for my skin?
Retinol is a vitamin A derivative that speaks directly to the skin cells: speed up renewal, build more collagen. It is the most well-studied active ingredient in skincare, and the only one that affects wrinkles, uneven tone, and blemishes alike.
Do I need to build up a tolerance to the product?
Yes, and that is the part I usually go through most carefully in the treatment room. The skin needs time to adjust, and if it does so at its own pace you avoid almost the entire dry, flaky period.
Two evenings a week to start with, on completely dry skin — damp skin absorbs more and faster than you want right now. If the skin feels calm after a couple of weeks, you add an evening. If it gets tight or red, you take a step back and go gently for a few days. It is not a failure, it is how you read your skin.
The temptation is to push on to make it go faster. But a damaged barrier takes weeks to repair, and in the meantime you cannot use the retinol at all — then you have lost more time than you gained.
When will I see results?
Blemishes and texture respond first, often within a month. Fine lines and firmness rely on newly formed collagen and take three to six months. It is an ingredient you measure in seasons, not weeks.
Does it suit my skin?
Most, but in the evening — retinol is broken down by light. Always use sun protection the day after. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding: abstain completely and ask a midwife. If you have rosacea or very sensitive skin, start with the lowest strength.
