Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The return period begins from the day you receive the goods from us. For returns (excluding claims), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any administration fee. The products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. If the condition of the products has deteriorated or if they have been used, no refund will be issued. We offer a 14-day return policy, and for returns you must contact kundtjanst@skinroller.se to receive a return label and return form.

The return cost is borne by the customer. The fee will be deducted from your payment. The cost for returns is 99 SEK (shipping, return shipping, and order handling). However, this right does not apply to short-dated items or clearance sales.

If the product you wish to return is part of a kit, you must return the entire kit. It is therefore not possible to return parts of a kit. Contact our customer service if you have any questions at kundtjanst@skinroller.se. We process returns on Fridays.

For parcels that you as a customer fail to collect within 7 days and which are returned to Skinroller, we will charge you 299 kr (SEK) for administration, shipping, return shipping, and handling. Uncollected parcels are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Claims

It is always the customer's responsibility to inspect the goods upon delivery. In the event of damages, incorrect products, or missing items, the customer must contact us within a reasonable time at kundtjanst@skinroller.se with a picture of the product and a comment regarding the issue. If the parcel is damaged upon delivery, you must file a claim directly with your collection point. Ensure that the packaging is undamaged when you collect the parcel. In the event of an approved claim, customer service will assist in arranging a digital return label that the customer can print at home. Upon an approved complaint, Skinroller will refund the amount for the affected product/order within 30 days. Skinroller reserves the right to charge the customer for any additional costs incurred by an incomplete return or, alternatively, to reject the return. If the customer does not claim an unidentified return within 30 days, our warehouse management will render the product unusable or, if possible, resell it.

We cannot take responsibility for any hypersensitivity to our products, lack of results, or if expectations are not met. Skincare is highly individual, and it can never be guaranteed to suit everyone.

If you are unsure about a product's ingredients or how to use a tool, we recommend that you contact our authorized skin therapist prior to use.

We do not accept claims based on consistency, dislike of scent, etc., as these are opinions of a personal nature and therefore do not constitute grounds for a claim.

Any negative reactions or lack of results do not constitute grounds for a claim. If you have inquiries regarding a claim, you should contact us as soon as possible. This is done by sending an email to kundtjanst@skinroller.se specifying what the issue is and providing your order number.

Warranty on Our Products

Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer. The store provides no warranties other than those specified by the manufacturer. We take no responsibility for hypersensitivity to ingredients in a product or sample. The products should always be tested on a small area of skin. If you are unsure of what the product or sample contains, contact our authorized skin therapist before use/ordering via kundtjanst@skinroller.se.

We at Skinroller believe in a long-term and close relationship with our customers. With our extensive knowledge and our carefully selected products developed by the leading dermatologists in the world, we want to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee in consultation with our skin therapist.

This arrangement involves reviewing your skincare routine step by step in consultation with our skin therapist and following a plan that will last for 4–6 months. It may happen that a product does not work on a certain part of the body, and in such cases, you will evaluate how to use it alternatively in consultation with our skin therapist. The 100% satisfaction guarantee entails maintaining a good relationship with us as a company and receiving guidance throughout this 4–6 month period.
