Agreement for purchases on Skinroller.co

These terms of purchase apply to the sale of goods and services to consumers on Skinroller.co. The service ("the website") offered by Retrigo AB, Centralplan 15, 111 20 Stockholm, corporate registration number 559015-1964 ("Skinroller", "the company", "we" and "our"). Our terms of purchase constitute the entire agreement between the parties. No modification of these terms of purchase is valid unless it is in writing and signed by the relevant parties. Please read the terms of purchase carefully before placing your order and print a copy for future reference. By placing an order with us or accepting delivery of one of our products, you accept these terms of purchase. Purchases on the website can be made by individuals over 18 years of age residing in Sweden ("the customer", "you", "your", "yours").

1. Prices

Skinroller.se always strives to maintain the most competitive prices possible, and we only select the best products from suppliers we trust. For all products on Skinroller.se, value-added tax (VAT) of 25% is included in the price.

We reserve the right to retroactively adjust our prices for qualified cost increases due to Force Majeure-related circumstances such as war, strikes, or government actions that we could not foresee.

We also reserve the right to continuously change prices on all items in our assortment, both upwards and downwards. We also reserve the right for items selling out, as well as potential errors in images, product descriptions, or technical specifications, and incorrect prices or price adjustments.

If an incorrect price has been stated for an item or a technical specification for a discount code is obviously incorrect and the customer should have understood this, we reserve the right to retroactively adjust the final invoice or cancel the order in consultation with the customer.

2. Sale/Offers

Sales (REA) apply as long as stock lasts. Offers without a clear end date apply as long as stock lasts.

We may periodically run time-limited campaigns. The campaign is active as long as stock lasts or as specified. It is not possible to combine different discount offers. Note that if you enter a discount code at checkout even though your order contains another campaign, it may result in no discount being applied.
