It depends on the needle size. With 0.25 mm you can roll 3–4 times a week, with 0.50 mm we recommend 1–2 times a week, and with 1.0 mm once every other week is enough. Always give your skin time to recover between treatments.

Rinse the roller under warm water immediately after use and spray with disinfectant or dip in 70% alcohol. Let it air dry and store it in the included protective case. Replace your roller after about 10–15 uses for best results.
