These terms and conditions apply to the sale of goods and services to consumers through Skinroller.co.
The service (the “Website”) is provided by Retrigo AB, Centralplan 15, 111 20 Stockholm, Sweden, company registration number 559015-1964 (“Skinroller”, “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Any modification of these Terms and Conditions is only valid if made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. We recommend printing a copy for future reference.
By placing an order or accepting delivery of a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Purchases on this website may only be made by private individuals over 18 years of age residing in Sweden (“the Customer”, “you”, “your”).

1. Prices
Skinroller strives to maintain competitive prices and carefully selects products from suppliers we trust.
All prices on Skinroller.co are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to significant cost increases caused by force majeure, including but not limited to war, strikes, or governmental actions beyond our control.
We also reserve the right to change prices at any time and to correct errors in product images, product descriptions, technical specifications, or pricing.
If a clearly incorrect price has been displayed and the Customer should reasonably have understood that the price was incorrect, we reserve the right to adjust the price or cancel the order in consultation with the Customer.
2. Sales and Promotions
Sales and promotional offers are valid while supplies last.
Offers without a specified end date remain valid while stock lasts.
We may run time-limited promotional campaigns. Such campaigns apply while stock lasts or according to the specific terms of the campaign.
Promotional offers and discount codes generally cannot be combined.
We reserve the right to withdraw promotional offers at any time and reserve the right for stock limitations or inventory errors.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed through our webshop www.skinroller.co, unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are processed through our payment partner Qliro AB, which provides payment methods such as invoice payment, installment payments, card payments, and other options displayed at checkout.
By completing a purchase, you also accept the terms and conditions of Qliro for the selected payment method.
3.1 Card Payments
Card payments are processed through Qliro and handled according to applicable security standards.
All card information is encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards.
We generally accept Visa and Mastercard.
3.2 Invoice and Installment Payments
In cooperation with Qliro AB, we offer payment via invoice and installment plans.
Terms and conditions for invoice and installment payments are presented at checkout and are administered by Qliro.

3.3 Swish
Payment may also be made via Swish when available as a payment option at checkout.
4. Order Confirmation
Once we receive your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address.
The confirmation contains details of your purchase. Please review the information carefully.

5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Times
Standard delivery time within Sweden is 1–3 business days.
For deliveries to northern Sweden or Gotland, delivery times may be 2–5 business days.
All delivery times are estimates.
5.2 Delivery Methods
We use shipping partners including:
- PostNord
- DHL
- Budbee
Available delivery options are displayed during checkout.
5.3 Risk of Goods
Skinroller is responsible for the goods until they are delivered into your possession.
If goods are damaged or lost during transport, we are responsible for the shipment.
5.4 Transport Damage
If the packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, it should immediately be reported to the transport provider.
5.5 Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to us.
We reserve the right to charge a fee of 299 SEK to cover return shipping, administrative costs, and handling.
6. Right of Withdrawal / Returns / Complaints
6.1 Right of Withdrawal
According to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product.

6.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods where the seal has been broken and which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
6.3 Complaints
Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to complain about defective goods for up to three years.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.
7. Product Warranty
Any warranties are provided by the product manufacturer.
The store provides no additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
8. Responsibility for Individual Results
Skincare products may produce different results depending on individual skin type and conditions.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific results for every user.

12. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
If a dispute arises between the Customer and Skinroller / Retrigo AB that cannot be resolved through dialogue with our customer service, the Customer may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the above procedures shall be settled by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
