Skincare Routine That Gives You Glow and Radiance
What do we actually mean by "glow" and "radiance"? Well, it's that sought-after look and feeling that occurs when the skin is optimally hydrated and well exfoliated. When the skin is full of moisture, it reflects light better, and when dead skin cells that can make the surface dull and lifeless are regularly removed, the fresh, new skin underneath shines through. This gives an even skin tone and that healthy, vibrant aura. Below we go through the skincare routine step-by-step, and what types of skincare products increase your chances of achieving a natural, radiant glow.
Cleansing
To achieve results, you need to be consistent. We don't slack off on facial cleansing and cannot stress enough how important this step is. An increasingly popular method is double cleansing.
Double cleansing involves two steps:
- Oil-based cleanse: Start with a cleansing oil or cleansing balm. This type of cleanser dissolves oil-based impurities such as makeup, SPF, and excess sebum. Massage into dry skin and rinse off.
- Water-based cleanse: Follow up with a traditional, water-based cleanser. It can be a cleansing milk, gel, or a foaming cleanser. To maximize radiance, you can use 5% Glycolic Foam Wash, which with Glycolic Acid helps remove dead skin cells.
Peeling and Exfoliation
Helping the skin along the way to get rid of dead skin cells and facilitate cell renewal works wonders. Be careful with exfoliating products so you don't overuse them, which can damage the skin barrier.
There are both mechanical and chemical options. A mechanical peel is often fine-grained and rinsed off, while a chemical peel (like a toner) is left on the skin.
Skinroller PRO
Our Skinroller tool for microneedling is used once a week. The skin needs time to repair itself after the controlled micro-injuries. The method increases Collagen production, which prevents wrinkles and reduces the visibility of scars and pigmentation.

Serum
Invest in serums containing Vitamin C and/or Hyaluronic Acid. Serums contain smaller molecules than a regular cream and can therefore penetrate deeper into the skin for a firmer and more vibrant effect.

Moisturizer
As a final step, apply a face cream to lock in the active ingredients and maintain the moisture balance.
