What is the difference, really?
Many customers reach out to us with the question of what actually differentiates a Skinroller from a hudroller or a Dermaroller. The short answer is: nothing. They are simply different names for the same type of tool used for microneedling at home.
Why does the product have so many names?
In the beauty industry, different terms often arise for the same technique. Dermaroller is the original, medical name, while "hudroller" is a direct Swedish translation. Skinroller is the brand name that made the method popular for home use in Sweden. Regardless of what you choose to call the tool, they operate on the exact same principle: they create thousands of microscopic channels in the top layer of the skin.

Benefits of microneedling
By using a Skinroller regularly, you can stimulate the skin's natural Collagen production. This helps improve skin texture, reduce the visibility of scars, and provide a clearer glow. It is an effective way to take your Skincare Routine to the next level.
How to use your Dermaroller
No matter which name you prefer, the application is the same. Roll gently over cleansed skin to create tiny channels. This allows your active Serums, such as Hyaluronic Acid, to be absorbed much deeper into the skin than with a regular application.
Choose the right tool
When investing in a tool, it is more important to look at the quality and needle length rather than what the product is called. A good Skinroller should have high-quality stainless steel needles and be easy to clean to ensure a safe treatment every time.
